Mark 3:13–19 – Jesus calls the Twelve.
Acts 2:46–47 – The early church gathers in homes and shares life together.
Matthew 18:19–20 – The power of agreement and gathered believers.

1. Jesus Modeled Community

In Mark 3, Jesus intentionally chose twelve disciples to walk closely with Him.
•Why do you think Jesus chose to invest deeply in a small group rather than ministering alone?
•What does this teach us about how spiritual growth happens?

2. The Pattern of the Early Church

Acts 2:46–47 shows believers meeting both in the temple and in homes.
•What do you think people experienced in those home gatherings that they may not have experienced in larger meetings?
•Why do you think these small gatherings helped the early church grow?

In Matthew 18:19–20, Jesus promises His presence when believers gather in His name.

Closing Prayer

Father,

Thank You for designing us to live in community. Help us move beyond simply attending church and step into meaningful relationships. Give us courage to open our hearts, support one another, and grow together in faith.

Let Destiny City Church be a place where people are known, loved, and strengthened. Teach us to carry each other’s burdens, celebrate victories together, and walk closely with You.
