At Destiny City Church, we recognize that all believers are anointed of God to minister and serve. But we also value and honor God-appointed authority and spiritual leadership. We submit to Christ as the Head of the Church, and our Pastoral team, Don & Becki Vess, as the spiritual leaders of Destiny City Church.


Not only are Don & Becki qualified and gifted ministers of the gospel, but if you spend more than a few minutes with them you'll quickly realize that they are truly Christ-like in their love for people and are always ready to roll up their sleeves and serve!

The DC Apostolic Leadership Team is a core group of individuals selected by the lead pastor who support and serve the mission, vision, values and culture of Destiny City Church by offering accountability, prayer, and wisdom for direction. 

More About the Leadership


  • Chuck & Janice White

    Chuck and Janice White head up our Connect Group Ministry and serve on our Apostolic Leadership Team.  Pastor Chuck White serves as an elder and an executive pastor serving as a ministries coordinator.  Janice aids with women's ministries and helps head up our DC Connect Nights.  

  • Craig & Eydie Quillin

    Craig & Eydie Quillin serve as leaders on DC's Apostolic Team. Craig serves as one of DC's deacons and Eydie heads our ministry teams, prayer groups and also serves as an elder at Destiny City Church. 

  • Bill & Lydia Heglar

    Bill and Lydia both serve as leaders on the Apostolic Team. Bill is one of DC's deacons and Lydia is DC's Assistant Ministries Coordinator and serves as an elder at Destiny City Church.   

  • Ashton and Jordan-Leigh Frank

    Ashton and Jordan-Leigh Frank head up our youth ministry with a passion to follow Jesus and make Him known to our teenagers.  They also serve as leaders on DC's Apostolic Leadership Team. 

  • Jamie Kayali

    Jamie Kayali oversees our Children's Ministry and serves on DC's Apostolic Leadership Team. Jamie is a wonderful family man, husband, father and incredible children's pastor.  His passion to see children know the love and power of Jesus Christ is evident in all Jamie does!

  • Jeremy & Jessica Vess

    Jeremy serves as an elder at Destiny City Church, but most would recognize him as the leader of the praise & worship team. He also serves as a ministries coordinator. Jessica helps on the worship team and many areas serving the church. Both serve on DC's Apostolic Leadership Team.

Affiliation

Destiny City Church is a non-denominational church and a member of Evangel Fellowship International, a fellowship of churches and ministers dedicated to developing and promoting unity and strength attesting to integrity, both personally and professionally headed up by EFI Chairman Phillip Miles.
